Subject These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets for events organized by Macava Italia S.r.l., with registered office at Via Senato 12, 20121 Milan (MI), Italy, Tax Code and VAT No. 14028230960, REA No. MI-2757621, through the website wlsfmilan.com.
Ticket Purchase Tickets may be purchased exclusively through the procedure indicated on the website. The order is completed only upon receipt of payment. After confirmation, the user will receive the ticket in electronic format via email.
Prices and Fees All prices are expressed in euros, excluding VAT. VAT will be added at checkout prior to payment. Any service fees will be clearly indicated during the purchase process.
Payment Methods Payment may be made using the methods available on the platform (e.g., credit/debit card, electronic payment systems, bank transfer). Payment data is handled by certified third-party providers.
Right of Withdrawal Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure services (e.g., events, conferences) when a specific date or period of performance is provided.
Event Cancellation or Modification In case of cancellation, Macava Italia S.r.l. will inform users and provide information regarding refund procedures or alternative solutions. In case of changes (e.g., date, venue, time), tickets remain valid unless otherwise communicated.
Liability Macava Italia S.r.l. is not responsible for delays, technical malfunctions, or service disruptions caused by third parties (e.g., payment providers, digital platforms). Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information entered during the purchase process.
Prohibition of Resale The resale of tickets for commercial purposes or their unauthorized transfer is prohibited, unless expressly authorized in writing by the Organizer.

Jurisdiction Any disputes relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
