Liliana Robu is the Purpose Leader for Deloitte Consulting, and a Principal in Financial Services in Deloitte. She has been serving large global clients in insurance, banking, and investment management, advising on key business, functional, and technology decisions in the US, Europe, Latin America, Australia, and Asia.
Liliana also worked in international development and social entrepreneurship focused on growth in emerging economies and underprivileged communities in Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Asia, mostly focusing on education, culture, and local entrepreneurship.
She is a recognized leader for her impact in the Financial Services industry by the Women’s Bond Club and by NICSA, and the recipient of the 2020 NICSA NOVA award for Strategic Leadership. Liliana has an undergraduate degree in Finance, an MBA from MIT Sloan, and a PhD in decision sciences – system dynamics. She is a member of the Women’s Bond Club, where she served as a Board member, and a member of the System Dynamics Society.
