Siân is a passionate systems-change entrepreneur redefining sustainability through communication, innovation and action. Determined to be part of building a very different future for all of humanity. Siân has led purposeful organisations for over 30 years, from award winning design agencies, to consumer brands and now runs multiple organisations tackling the plastic and climate poly-crisis.

Siân’s role as a leading woman in business has been recognised with various awards such as Female Entrepreneur of the Year,Female Inventor of the Year, Marketeer of the Year, Campaign of the Year. In 2017 she cofounded A Plastic Planet with Frederikke Magnussen, an organisation driven to ignite and inspire the world to turn off the plastic tap. In 2023 they launched PlasticFree, the world’s first solutions platform for the 160m global creatives and the Plastic Health Council, representing the expert scientists through the UN Treaty process. Her relentless focus on solutions, crystal clearcommunication and breadth of experience gives her a uniquely fresh approach to building businesses and organisations of impact

Siân also sits on the board of Foundation for Visionary Science and Art, supporting the use of psychedelics in mental health therapies at Imperial London and the new EXO Institute, exploring new science paradigms to prepare us for the 21st century future and Roots of Peace, bringing regenerative agriculture to war-torn countries, and replacing mines with vines. In 2025 Sian co-founded the FutureNowCollective, accelerating impact through world-class strategic creativity.
